These stabilisers are designed to work in a dusty environment and inherently have short term overload capacity. The stabilisers need not be over rated for short term overload conditions.
Can be used in all areas where air colled stabiliser are used if the area is dusty like a textile mill or a cement factory.
Oil cooling is recommended for very high rating Servo stabiliser to improve the efficiency of cooling and also.
In a very dusty place like spinning mills, cement factories and areas where flammable fumes may be present.
